Thank you for visiting Tarin Events. I am Tarin and the owner and operator of Tarin Events. My experience includes over twenty years of professional event planning and I also taught the Certification for Wedding and Event Planning course as part of the extension program at the University of La Verne for 4 years. With more than thirty years of customer service experience in various industries I am confident is saying I know the nature of people, the importance of relationships and that communication is number one.

I know that planning a wedding for a couple is not just about where the flowers will go or what time the caterer will serve the meal.  Helping my clients plan the perfect look takes understanding and a little bit of psychology. I make it a point to understand a couples personality and what they want for their wedding. My education in Interior Design has been the driving force in planning events. It is this training that has taught me how to leave behind my own personal style in order to best see and reflect the personalities of my clients, after all, the event is about you isn't it?

​I am an avid book and magazine reader and make it my job to be on top of the latest trends and styles.  I can't tell you how many hours are spent reading and researching the most up to date information, but not just on weddings but interior design too.  I'm always on the lookout for new and creative ways to make an event exquisite and unique while saving on the budget. Anyone can take a photo of someone's wedding and duplicate it, but I believe its more important to use the look as inspiration and then change it to make it your own. 



I love a challenge and thrive from it. I'm hardworking and determined, yet sympathetic and open minded. Planning an event as important as yours can be overwhelming and stressful when you're trying to handle everything on your own. I understand your perspective and will work to keep things focused and on track.
